ERAPERMED Joint Transitional Call 2020
FRRB is pleased to announce the launch of the new ERAPERMED Joint Transitional Call 2020 “Multidisciplinary Research Projects on Personalised Medicine – Pre-/Clinical research, Big Data and ICT, Implementation and User’s Perspective”
With its third transnational call (non-cofunded by the EC), ERA PerMed fosters research and innovation activities that build close linkages between basic biomedical research, clinical research, physical sciences, bioengineering, bioinformatics and biostatistics, epidemiology, socio-economic research, as well as research on the integration of PM into clinical practice and on ethical, legal and social implications across the participating countries and beyond.
The JTC2020 of ERA PerMed comprises three Research Areas:
- Research Area 1: “Translating Basic to Clinical Research and Beyond”.
- Research Area 2: “Integrating Big Data and ICT Solutions”.
- Research Area 3: “Research towards Responsible Implementation in Health Care”
Each project proposal MUST address at least one module of Research Area 3 and at least one module of Research Area 1 or 2.
FRRB, partner of the ERA-Net consortium, has dedicated up to 1.000.000, 00 Eur for funding projects submitted by eligible institutions (Public or Private IRCCS, Public Health Care Providers (ASST), Universities and Research Institutes located on the Lombardy territory)

Pre-eligibility
According to internal procedures, Regional Foundation for Biomedical Research (FRRB) will grant an eligibility clearance to the potential applicants prior to the submission of the pre-proposals.
Pre-eligibility documents can be downloaded from the official project page and on this page, in the "Download documents" section.
FRRB provides an excel sheet to help applicants abide by FRRB funding rules. This form is meant to support the PIs in the elaboration of the budget, but it does not need to be sent to FRRB.
